What I collect

When you get in touch through my Contact form, sign up for updates, or reach out by email, I may collect your name, email address, and phone number. My website may also automatically collect basic usage data (like browser type and pages visited) through standard website analytics.

 

Cookies

My website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed most often. This helps me improve the website, but it doesn't identify you personally. You can turn off cookies through your browser settings if you'd prefer not to be tracked this way.

 

Why I collect it

I use your information to respond to your enquiries, provide information about my training and consultancy services, and, only if you've opted in, send you occasional updates on upcoming workshops or articles. I don't use your information for anything beyond this.

 

Who has access to it

I don't sell or share your personal information with third parties. Where I use trusted service providers (for example, my website host or email provider) to help run my business, they only process your information to help deliver that service, and are expected to keep it secure.​​

How long I keep it

I keep your information only for as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to me, or as long as I'm required to by law. If you haven't engaged with me in a long while, I'll remove your details rather than hold onto them indefinitely.

Your rights

You can ask me what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can also withdraw consent to receive marketing updates at any time. Just email me at doris@dorissuresh.com and I'll take care of it.
