I run a professional training company based in Brunei, focused on helping organisations build stronger, more confident teams through in-person soft skills and personal development programs. Every workshop is delivered onsite at venues chosen by clients - whether in Brunei or across Southeast Asia.
With more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, corporate training and regional operations, I bring practical insights and real-world lessons to every room I step into.

Background
My career began in Brunei with Sheraton before expanding into regional roles with Starwood, Marriott and Shangri-La in Singapore. I became the first Brunei-born hotelier to step into a fast-paced corporate office environment in Singapore, where I developed expertise in sales, marketing, analytics and organisational training.

Experience
Training has been at the heart of my work for over two decades.
I spent 12 years doing training with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, followed by 2 years with TelBru, Brunei’s leading telecoms company at the time - supporting teams in service, communication and performance improvement.

Global Exposure
My training journey has brought me to 36 cities across the Asia-Pacific region, including Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, China, Japan and India.
Working with teams from so many cultures taught me that people learn best when they feel understood, respected and supported. This shapes my approach today: practical, human-centred and always tailored.

Culture and Language
Coming from mixed Chinese and Indian heritage, I naturally value diversity and bring that mindset into every workshop.
I’m fluent in English and Malay, and conversant in Hakka, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien - allowing me to connect comfortably with participants across different cultural backgrounds. This helps make each session inclusive, relatable and impactful.
